Bruker AVIII HD 600
Bruker AVIII HD 600 (2025)
Spectrometer Nickname: AV600 (not to be used in publications) Location: CRL 00.086 (basement NMR lab) Spectrometer, probe and software specifications: 2-channel Bruker AVIII HD 600 MHz spectrometer running TopSpin 3, equipped with a dedicated 5 mm BB-F/1H Prodigy N2 cryoprobe optimised for multinuclear observation Sample changer: 24-position Bruker SampleCase robotic sample changer Access level: It operates as a bookable instrument for 'hands on' organic trained users who have undergone additional training, and NMR facility staff under automation and/or manual control. Experiments: Routine 1H and 13C based 1D and 2D experiments as well as (but not limited to) 19F and 31P experiments. The cryoprobe has zero fluorine background so is well suited to studies of fluorinated ligands and proteins. The instrument is used for projects supporting biomedical research at the chemistry–biology interface.
