JEOL HTR High Tilt tomography holder

This sample holder allows for tilting +70 to -70 degrees using SerialEM: a program created at the Boulder Laboratory For 3-D Electron Microscopy of Cells. The images are then opened in IMOD. IMOD is a set of image processing, modeling and display programs used for tomographic reconstruction and for 3D reconstruction of EM serial sections and optical sections.
