Confocal laser scanning microscope (Axio Observer Z1) inverted microscope. Computer command center with Zen Blue System. Equipped with objectives lenses: 10x (high res, dry), 10x (wide field view, dry), 20x (dry), 40x (water) and 63x (oil). This instrument has four diode laser sources, 405, 488, 561 and 640 nm. Two multi-alkaline PMT detectors and one transmitted light detector (DIC).
