UV VIS Spectrophotometer, Cary 8454
Agilent Technologies Cary 8454 (2025)
The Cary 8454 spectrophotometer measures the entire light spectrum from the wavelength range of 190nm to 1100nm. This instrument enables complete identification and purity of samples through spectral analysis. Spectrophotometer benefits include sample measurement in a regulated environment, method validation, and multi-component analysis on sample mixtures. The ChemStation software has the capability to execute testing such as multi-wavelength analysis and time-base kinetic assays. Transmission or absorbance can be displayed. The csv data file export lists absorbance measurements at wavelengths 190-1100nm. The software also can be configured to comply with 21 CFR Part 11. The machine takes a standard 1 cm square x 4cm cuvette. Films can also be measured.
