Overview The excitation source is a Prior Lumen pro 220 mercury halide wideband light source. A physiological incubation chamber can be used for live-cell imaging. The detector is a cooled sCMOS camera. It is ideal for capturing high-speed events such as calcium transients, rapid translocation events, and transient membrane potential changes. It is also suitable for fixed samples.
