The Zeiss LSM 710 is a fully motorized inverted confocal point scanning microscope on an Axio Observer stand. It is equipped with a transmitted light detector for DIC imaging and 34-channel GaAsP QUASAR detector for spectral imaging. It is also equipped with a Pecon incubator for live cell imaging.
