Bruker Avance NEO 600
Bruker Avance NEO 600 (2025)
Spectrometer Nickname: NEO600 (not to be used in publications) Location: CRL 00.086 (basement NMR lab) Spectrometer, probe and software specifications: 2-channel Bruker Avance NEO 600 MHz spectrometer running TopSpin 4 equipped with a dedicated 5 mm BB-F/1H helium-cooled cryoprobe optimised for multinuclear observation Variable temperature capabilities: BCU-I temperature regulation unit for low-temperature work. Temperature range for analysis is 238 - 403 K. Sample changer: 60-position Bruker SampleXpress robotic sample changer Access level: NMR facility staff only. The NEO600 is solely used to run samples submitted via the NMR submission service. Experiments: Routine 1H and 13C based 1D and 2D experiments as well as (but not limited to) 19F, 31P, 11B, 15N and 29Si experiments Spectrometer details for publication requirements: NMR spectra were recorded on a Bruker Avance NEO 600 MHz NMR spectrometer, equipped with a 5 mm BB-F/1H helium-cooled cryoprobe using the software TopSpin (version 4, Bruker BioSpin). This spectrometer was funded by the John Fell Oxford University Press Research Fund and an EPSRC Strategic Equipment Grant (EP/T019190/1).
