The CFX Connect real-time PCR detection system offers two-target analysis for SYBR® Green/EvaGreen and duplex experiments in a 96-well format. An average temperature ramp rate of 3.3°C/second allows for a shorter run time. The available range of excitation/emission wavelengths is 450–580nm. The CFX Connect enables signal detection with high sensitivity and no crosstalk, and can be applied to perform amplification, PCR, qPCR, real-time PCR and gene expression studies. CFX Connect utilizes 96-well, low-profile PCR plates.
