Spectrometer Nickname: AV700 (not to be used in publications) Location: CRL 00.086 (basement NMR lab) Spectrometer, probe and software specifications: Bruker Avance III 700 MHz spectrometer, four channel instrument running TopSpin 3, equipped with a dedicated 5 mm 1H(13C/15N) inverse TCI cryoprobe optimised for 1H observation and with a cold 13C channel Sample changer: a 483-position SampleJet robotic sample changer with sample chilling that is used for protein-ligand screening and metabolomics studies (not shown) Access level: It operates as a bookable instrument for 'hands on' organic trained users who have undergone additional training, and NMR facility staff under automation and/or manual control Experiments: Routine 1H and 13C based 1D and 2D experiments as well as more specialised experiments for these nuclei (WaterLOGSY for example), used in support of projects at the chemistry-biology interface.
