LifeCanvas SmartSPIM Highspeed Lightsheet Microscope

The SmartSPIM is a lightsheet microscope offering uniform axial resolution across the whole sample and high speed volumetric imaging. It can handle fixed samples ranging in size from a couple milimeters up to 40x75mm. It is compatible with multiple imaging solutions to adapt to many clearing methods with a very simple and rapid alignment procedure. Three imaging modes: high speed (30fps), regular (20fps) and high sensitivity (5fps and 5x exposure). Imaging uses axially swept lightsheet for Uniform Axial resolution as well as focus compensation for sample refractive-index mismatching and chromatic focal shift.
