The Nikon Ti inverted C2 confocal microscope is also outfitted with 20x, 40x, 60x, 100x lenses and controllers for four-colour Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (near-field) imaging (TIRF) using a Photometrics Prime 95B sCMOS camera (2048x2048). The system is operated using NIS-Elements software.
