Leica AFS Automatic Freeze Substitution Apparatus

Can be used post high pressure freezing to replace water at very low temperatures, -90°C, with Acetone and allow samples to be fixed around -25°C and then warm to room temperature. Fee per 2-3 day run, minimum reservation 24 hrs, reservations need CSIF approval and chemicals included in fee.
