Revvity IVIS Lumina III

The Revvity IVIS Lumina III whole animal imaging system includes a light-tight enclosure enabling bioluminescent and fluorescent imaging of individual or multiple rodents. This microscope relies upon an extremely cooled CCD camera allowing the detection of individual photons. It includes numerous excitation and emission filters allowing for the precise detection of emitted signals. The integrated isoflurane unit is used to stabilize the animals, while the heated stage ensures proper environmental conditions.
