Perkin Elmer ATR-FTIR

Imaging & Analysis Facility Use ATR-FTIR allows analysis of the molecular surface chemistry of a sample. The Ge plate analyzes the composition of the first ~500nm of the sample. No sample preparation is needed to use ATR-FTIR. Data collection is fast ~1min. The Ge crystal is 1.8 mm diameter. Trough accessory is included for analysis of liquids. FTIR spectrometer with Pike Technologies MIRacle single reflection Ge plate Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR) accessory and VeeMax II variable angle specular reflection accessory.
