600 MHz/51 mm Bruker Avance III
Bruker Avance III
NMR experiments can be acquired using an Avance III spectrometer manufactured by Bruker Bio-Spin operating at a field strength of 14 tesla (600 MHz) with a 51 mm bore. Spectroscopy data are collected using TopSpin software (Version 3.5 pl7) while imaging data is collected with ParaVision 6.0.1. The Oxford 600 is available for microimaging of samples up to 10 mm, PFG diffusion experiments, solid-state NMR, including HR-MAS experiments on tissue samples, and perfusion experiments. A 3.35-tesla dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) system operates in tandem with the Avance III spectrometer. This commercially built system can produce measured enhancements of >30000 at 14.1 tesla, and can be used with the 10 mm Cryoprobe or 20 mm probe for perfusion experiments. ALL PUBLICATIONS that include data obtained through MagLab (AMRIS) instrumentation, or involvement of MagLab-funded personnel at the AMRIS Facility, should acknowledge the corresponding NSF, NIH, and State of Florida grants that apply to instrumentation and usage time, in addition to the user’s project-specific funding sources. Any users who publish data acquired on the Silver 600MHz – 51mm Avance III need to acknowledge the 2011 funding source that made this instrumentation possible. Publications, presentations, or other activities or products should include the following acknowledgements: Also, please tick the box for this grant (S10 RR031637) when you update your NIH-funding on publications through NCBI.
