Renishaw inVia Raman

The Renishaw inVia combines an automated optical bench with a Leica microscope to do raman spectroscopy on various materials. The inclusion of the microscope makes precise selection of target area possible. White light is used during target selection and focus, and a 532nm green light laser is used for exposure.
