Imaging & Analysis Facility Use Cs-TEM Aberration Corrected MC Zeiss 200-80 The Zeiss Libra 200-80 is an aberration corrected TEM with monochromator. It can be operated at 80kV and 200kV. This TEM is equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and has an in-column energy filter for EELS and EFTEM analysis. The measured resolution at 200KV is 0.073nm.
